Each of our SYKK Family has been carefully checked and activated before delivery. A compass rose is engraved on the lid. The device should be aligned with the compass rose facing south (180 degrees).
Inside the device are symbols, crystals and small bottles of water that generate a field of pure life energy. When set up correctly, the energy from the south is absorbed and the SYKK is self-sufficient 24 hours a day. To ensure that the positive energy can be emitted evenly, the device should not be placed on the floor or directly against the wall.
Operation of the appliance is guaranteed at all times. It works independently on a balanced, natural, biological basis. It is completely maintenance-free. The SYKK should not be installed in damp rooms as it is made from untreated Swiss stone pine wood. It should also be noted that it should not be used below five degrees. Place the SYKK Family where you regularly spend time. This could be your living environment, your workplace or your company, for example.
Swiss stone pine
The best way to care for Swiss stone pine is to use a slightly damp microfiber cloth. This will prevent you from rubbing scratches into the soft wood. The cloth should not be too wet and no detergent should be used at all. We have deliberately decided to leave the wood untreated so that the beneficial essential oils can fully come into their own. Darkening of the wood can occur naturally.

Install your SYKK Family in dry rooms. Wood works and excessive moisture can damage the appliance. The SYKK Family is designed for indoor use only.
We give a two-year warranty on our appliances.
The SYKK Family should stand freely and not be covered by other objects (such as candles, vases, etc.).
If the device has been opened or otherwise mechanically modified, it loses its effectiveness and the warranty of SYKK GmbH.
